Calais dragon was great as a free thing kids can watch. Carrefour in Citi d’Europe is great for getting supplies. We have a 10 month old and would recommend taking a travel cot. The cot provided it a beautiful old metal one but we didn’t personally feel it would be safe for our little one as the sides were low and mattress didn’t go all the way across. Bedrooms are huge so there is plenty of space to bring one. Remember tea towels! There wasn’t a boulangerie we could find in Escalles but there was one in Sangatte nearby. Great high chair provided. There wasn’t a kettle but is a coffee machine which we used to boil water. The owners are really helpful so I’m sure they would have found one for us but we didn’t need. Super place to stay and we loved the property style and how quiet it was. We had lots of privacy and wished we could have stayed longer!

Ein schönes Häuschen mit eigenem Charm und mit großem Grundstück. Freies W-Lan inklusive. Es macht viel Spaß in der großen Küche zu Kochen. Die Wohnküche lädt zum Kartenspielen und anderem ein, während man im Wohnzimmer Fernsehen kann. Man kann hier alles für das Frühstück bestellen, toller Service, wir haben uns dafür entschieden die Bäcker in der Umgebung selber zu besuchen und dort zu kaufen. Die Umgebung ist perfekt für alle die Wandern oder Fahrrad fahren wollen. Wer lieber am Sandstrand liegen möchte muss ein wenig fahren. Die Vermieter sind bei fragen oder anliegen immer zu erreichen.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour! Le jardin est magnifique et la maison très confortable! Nous reviendrons!
Ein sehr schönes Haus in der Nähe vom Meer. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Sehr netter Kontakt und wir hatten die Möglichkeit Baguette und Croissants für das Frühstück zu bestellen. Sofort wieder
Très agréable séjour dans une magnifique région. Le logement correspondait largement à nos attentes. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité, nous pouvions même leur commander le pain pour le petit dej!
La maison est idéalement située, nous avons adoré la région. Elle est spacieuse, confortable et le jardin est vraiment un plus. Par contre, pas de wifi, pas de séchoir à linges et une télé qui ne marche pas quand il pleut. Au prix de la location, c'est dommage.
Perfect place for some quality family time. The house easily accommodated our large group of 10. Wonderful yard! Escalles is a quaint little village with beautiful spots to visit and close to many other small villages towns worth checking out as well.
