Maison de campagne face au luberon et au village d'Oppède le Vieux

We loved staying at Mirielle's lovely house. It was spacious, very clean and well equipped for a very comfortable stay. Mirielle was extremely welcoming to her, once, family home. We felt sad to leave the area and the house. Lynette

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Provence. Mirelles property suited us well because of its location. The property exceeded our expectations as did our many car trips around the area.

This was a perfect property for our stay. Ideal location, quiet, close to other villages (e.g., Menerbes, Lacoste, Gordes) and to the grocery stores in Coustellet, very friendly host, very nice house with everything. Great area for biking.

Our stay in this little cottage was perfect. The location was spot on, in the heart of the Luberon, moments from all necessary living arrangements (chemist, doctor, bakery, grocery and such) and the house itself was loaded with French country charm and it was well equipped with all necessary amenities. We stayed for a week and we loved it! We went to the markets, loaded up with amazing fresh produce Provence has on offer and cooked at home for dinner. Mireille was an amazing host, caring and kind. We will be back one day I’m sure.

The house provides a great location for exploring the many beautiful villages nearby such as Oppède-le-Vieux, Bonnieux, Gordes, L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, to name just a few. The surroundings are very peaceful and the poppy field across the street was a real highlight (mid-May visit). The house is tastefully furnished and well taken care of. The kitchen is well equipped and allows for serious cooking. Madame Gebelin was very helpful and greeted us with a bowl of freshly picked cherries and wonderful local wine. We highly recommend this place.

The house and the surroundings fully lived up to our desire for a quiet and welcoming place with beautiful views . The house is decorated with beautiful details and has all the equipment and inventory you need. Especially we appreciated that there was a good gas grill, that close was possible to buy fresh fruit / vegetables / goat cheese and not least the large fig tree in the grounds, with lots of fresh figs . Mireille was a great and very attentive host, which we greatly appreciate. She did everything that we could have a perfect stay. We can recommend the place. The location could not be better, as you can easily reach Avignon, or visit other villages in Luberon. House is very clean and well maintained, Mireille is a wonderful host, very easy to deal with. We stayed with a small child, and there is a lot room in the house as well as outside. Thank you, Mireille.
