We had 2 weeks of holiday in this amazing house with wonderful pool. We can recommend this house for a relaxing holiday with the family, and would like to visit again.

We stayed here for a week touring Provence and The Camargue, the villa is ideally situated within 30-60 minutes of many places like Avignon, Nîmes, Arles, Aigues Mortes and more. We were only two but the villa can accommodate a family. We met the cleaner and the gardener whilst their and neither spoke English so a phone app like Translate on the iPhone is recommended. The owners communicated in both English and French so no issues there. Tip: if you visit the are, try speaking a little French, it’s appreciated by the locals whom for the most part are very friendly. The villa has a nice pool but unfortunately we could not use as rainstorms before and during our stay had dumped a large amount of sand in the pool. With our excursions, we simply did not have time to run the pool’s robot cleaner as much as was needed. Note that no towels are provided by the owners. Tip: due to roadworks, your satnav may not take you to the villa from beaucaire, however if you go to the nearby hyper market, there is an exit at the rear of the carpark that takes you into the best road to reach the villa by car (note a car is a must-have). Overall a lovely villa but could be even better by replacing the linens in the master suite (which my wife had to wash as they did nit feel fresh enough to her - there was also no cover on the qult), providing towels and refreshing tea towels as they were frankly old and worn.

Comme l‘année passée, nous avons passé une belle semaine de vacances dans cette maison de caractère. Rien ne manque et on se sent tout de suite à l‘aise. Un grand merci à Marcel et Bernadette Arcé.

Malgré un temps plutôt mitigé pour la saison, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété très agréable. La maison est spacieuse, bien entretenue et très bien fournie avec tous les équipements dont on a besoin (et même bien plus). L‘extérieur est également très bien aménagé avec deux terrasses couvertes, une belle piscine et un jardin bien entretenu. La communication avec le propriétaire était facile et sympathique. Nous n‘hésitons pas à recommander cette maison.

Le relationnel avec le propriétaire est super. L accueil par C.. est très sympathique. La propriété offre des prestations exceptionnelles, tant à l intérieur qu à l extérieur. Il ne manque rien. Tout est impeccable. Nous recommandons

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus von Marcel Arce verbracht. Die Übergabe des Hauses lief perfekt. Haus und Grundstück sind wunderschön angelegt und bieten sehr viel Platz. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist in allen Belangen sehr umfangreich und bietet auch umfangreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Woche.

Mit Beginn der Buchung dieses Hauses lief alles perfekt: wir hatten jederzeit eine schnelle und sehr gute Kommunikation mit Herrn Arcé. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes bekamen wir unverzüglich Antworten und Hilfen, auch durch die Verwalterin. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage - einerseits durch die ruhige Lage, aber auch als strategischer Ausgangspunkt um zahlreiche Attraktionen in der Umgebung in kurzer Fahrtzeit zu besichtigen. Nun zum Mietobjekt. Für uns war ALLES perfekt! Das Haus, der Garten sowie der Pool sind ein Traum. Es mangelt weder an allem, was eine Küche braucht, noch an wohnlich eingerichteten Zimmern. Die Betten haben sehr gute Matratzen, auf denen man herrlich schlafen kann. Alles ist so, wie man es sich auch Zuhause wünscht. Die Sauberkeit ist top! Es ist einfach alles da, was man für die schönste Zeit des Jahres benötigt. Die Gartenanlage ist eine Wohlfühloase. Alles wird intensiv gepflegt und ist auf das Wohl des Gastes ausgerichtet. Man könnte noch so viele andere Dinge nennen, die uns unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm gemacht haben, aber dann würde der Text einfach zu lang. Kurz gesagt, wir haben uns alle wunderbar erholt. Quand vous franchissez le portail, le parc autour de la maison vous invite au farniente. Vive les vacances! Palmiers, fleurs chant d oiseaux tous y est! La maison est impeccable, pleins de ballade à faire. Seul regret une semaine c est vraiment trop court! Merci à toutes les personnes qui ont rendu notre séjour si sympa.
