😊: Location Roof terrace Seating area Football table. 😢: Hob did not work properly and kitchen functionality:/not enough plug sockets Could have had fans Showers didn’t come hot on 2 bedrooms Beds not comfortable for two people.

😊: Excellent stay in a very large house. We loved that all bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms, all very well-maintained and super clean. The roof terrace was excellent for the hot summer evenings, and the kitchen was fantastically equipped: we did some very extensive cooking and literally every utensil we could think of was there. The walls and floors were thick, so very quiet with a large group (including a family with a small child) as well. The location is in a quiet street, one minute away from a small shop for last-minute groceries, a friterie, and the metro that takes you directly into Lille city centre. It was also within walking distance of bakeries, restaurants, and the town centre of Roubaix. Street parking was free, safe, and widely available. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone!.
