Maison de charme avec piscine chauffée dans un cadre enchanteur en Luberon

The house and the whole property is really lovely and provides everything you might need. It feels more like a home than a holiday house and could have been rented from friends or family. The village itself is not big and doesn’t really provide much to see or explore. Even though the distances e.g. to the cedar forest or Apt are not that great, the small country lanes make them a longer trip. So, if like us, you don‘t want to go sightseeing all day long and always go out for dinner, but relax on a nice private property instead, beside the pool in a well-kept garden and with a fully stocked kitchen, this place is for you.

The pictures of the property don’t do it justice. It is the quintessential Provence experience - small, quiet location and the property’s pool, terrace and rooms are fantastic. Thierry kept in touch with us and ensured we had everything we needed.

Despite we stayed in January we enjoyed every moment; the location, surroundings, tranquility and closeness to the cities met all our current needs. The house is well equipped, clean and spacious. One of the better ones we stayed at.

The house is spacious, tidy and well equipped. Thierry is super friendly and helpful, a perfect host! Our children loved the heated swimming pool. The village of La Bastide des Jourdans is also lovely. It has a bakery, a good restaurant (Cheval Blanc) and a small shop within a 10 minute walk. Highly recommended, we would love to come back!

The house, the garden and the pool are beautiful. There are no nice trails for jogging or biking, just streets. You always have to go by car to reach a path for walking. But anyway, we enjoyed the house and the pool very much.

Wir hatten eigentlich das Haus zusammen mit unserem Sohn gebucht. Dieser konnte nicht mitfahren, so dass wir den Urlaub nur als Paar angetreten sind. Der Check-In verlief hervorragend - vielen Dank an Thierry. Das Haus war super. Es war absolut sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die veröffentlichten Fotos zeigen eigentlich viel zu wenig. Wir waren mehr als positiv überrascht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top gewesen. Wir haben viele Ausflüge in der Umgebung gemacht. Das Wetter hat auch jetzt im Oktober super mitgespielt. Im Haus waren auch viele Reiseführer vorhanden, die bei der Auswahl der Ziele geholfen haben. Im Ort gibt es eine tolle Bäckerei, die fußläufig innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Einkaufen kann man in den größeren Orten im Umkreis. Überall gibt es frische Fischtheken. Das haben wir häufig genutzt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem süßen und toll eingerichteten Haus. Es war super sauber, die Betten sehr bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet und genug Platz für eine Familie mit Hund. Auch Pool und Garten fanden wir super! Das nahegelegene Örtchen( ca. 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar) hat einen ganz besonderen Charme, viele nette und englisch sprechende Bewohner und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Kurz gesagt: absolut weiterzuempfehlen !

My daughter, granddaughter, a friend, and I spent a week here and we wish we could have stayed longer. This home had everything we needed for a vacation lifestyle, including a well maintained swimming pool, and a great view from the back yard. Bastide des Jourdan was ideally located for visiting the areas of Provence we wanted to see, and has a small grocery store and good boulongerie. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
