Maison de charme + piscine privée 8 pers -à CAPDROT en Périgord Pourpre

We had a lovely time at the house and it was perfect for our needs. Two very nicely appointed rooms upstairs for adults and the second queen downstairs had the benefit of more privacy. The pool and back garden was so lovely to enjoy at the end of the day and we also made the most of the coal BBQ. It is also only 5 minutes drive from Monpaizer. Capdrot is a very quiet village to escape busy tourist spots. The house also had a lovely kitchen, lounge and dining area.

We went on holiday with 4 adults and 3 children ( 12 to 14). The House is situated in the very well kept village of Capdrot and only a 5 minute drive to the lovely old town of Monpezzier ( which is deffinatly worth a visit on thursdays which is Market day). The house is equiped with everything you need including a washing machine which is a must for us ( allows us to travel with slightly less items). The internet was more than adequate for us to all be online at once. The Pool isnt covered but the installed Pool robot does a fantastic job of always keeping it clean. We payed the extra to have the bedding and towls privided - well worth the extra fee, so we didnt have to take our own. The owners didnt speak English but with google translate all meetings with them were very pleasent and we had no issues. They left us to it and gave us a phone number should we have any issues ( which we didnt). They accomodated our needs to leave very early and were happy to do the handback at 6.30am. The one recomendation to the owners would be the need for a few extra large umbrellas, there is currently only 1 which can be a slight issue trying to get everyone under it. Overall a great time was had by all of us and i would recommend this house for a family holiday.

Nous avons passé une semaine super avec nos enfants et petit enfants. La maison est très jolie , les chambres avec des lits très comfortables, le bbq , la terrasse et surtout la grande piscine nous a plus beaucoup. Tout était parfait. Merci a Sylvette et son mari !

Maison, piscine, jardin , tout était parfait ainsi que l'accueil et les échanges avec nos charmants propriétaires . Le village de Capdrot est bien situé tout près de Monpazier . Les visites dans cette partie du Périgord sont nombreuses : bastides, châteaux, marchés...Location à recommander .

Semaine très agréable dans cette maison fonctionnelle, idéale pour 8 personnes. Jardin clos, piscine très bien sécurisée. Au calme, à quelques km de Monpazier et environ 40 min des points d’interêt (castelnau, lascaux, beynac….)

Pas de vis à vis, du calme, un grand jardin arboré, de l'ombre, une grande cuisine (plaques gaz et four électrique) très bien pour concocter de bons plats avec les produits locaux, une couverture 4G Orange qui nous a permis de télétravailler sans problème et la piscine (grande). Nous étions 4 personnes, nous étions des rois et avons bien profité. Merci aux charmants propriétaires !

Nous avons passé un très chouette séjour … aucune surprise par rapport à l’annonce! Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Maison très spacieuse, jardin adorable et piscine superbe! Très bon emplacement ! A recommander!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est Bien équipée, idéalement située au calme avec un grand jardin, la piscine est grande et bien sécurisée. Les propriétaires aux petits soins et très à l’écoute. Monpazier un des plus beaux villages de France est à 3 min en voiture et tous les sites à visiter à 40 min. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
