Maison de pêcheur à 50 mètres du Golfe du Morbihan

The house is well equipped. It has a pleasant and quite private garden with nice tables and chairs. It is set in a small cul de sac of similar properties so there isn't any through traffic and is quite tranquil. It is a very short stroll to the water's edge. We only used the ground floor which had everything we needed. We didn't attempt the metal spiral staircase to the upper floors which is probably not very practical for young children or anyone with mobility issues. There are a couple of negatives which could be easily addressed: there was only one garden recliner if you wanted to sunbathe and it was quite dirty. Secondly, although clean, the house could do with a refresh, e.g. a lick of paint and repair the door under the outside stairs, where the wood has rotted there are holes. However, we had a very pleasant holiday and the area around the Gulfe du Morbihan is beautiful with lots to see and do. This house is well positioned for easy access to all the area has to offer.

Das gemütliche Häuschen und die tolle Lage haben für unseren "3-Generationen-Urlaub" super gepasst. Die oberen Stockwerke waren aufgrund der ungewöhnlichen Treppen im Inneren für unsere Senioren eine gewisse Herausforderung, aber dank der Außentreppe dennoch erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und konnte uns viele Infos zur Umgebung und Tipps für Unternehmungen/Ausflüge geben.

Bon séjour, lieu et maison très agréable

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem hübschen, gut eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Golfe du Morbihan und zu dem kleinen Strand, an dem man bei Flut baden kann, hat diese Ferien für uns zum unverwechselbaren Erlebnis gemacht. Der Küstenweg und durch die Marais salants ist zu jeder Tageszeit lohnenswert - und das Licht immer wieder anders. Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Vermieter.

Propriétaire à l’écoute, disponible et chaleureux. Maison familiale très bien équipée, agréable et parfaitement située au bord du golfe. Cette quinzaine chez Olivier fut à la hauteur de nos attentes, nous ne pouvons que la conseiller !! Merci
