Maison de vacances 4 saison: 240m² + jardin et terrasse à 50 m! de la plage

Excellent location. Quiet when we arrived most shops were closed, must have been the very beginning of the holiday season. It got busier over the weekend as the shops opened up. Lots of sandy beach at low tide but none at high tide: check the times before you book if beach time is what you want. Plenty to do around the area: cycling, steam train, medieval towns and of course restaurants. Pele Mele itself comes with kitchen dining area (comfortably seated 10) with dart board, outdoor space with BBQ, table tennis, separate lounge area with pool table, karaoke system 2 TVs. Be aware the TVs are for playing games (can connect your own console) but don’t have live TV. If you want to stream movies you’ll need to use a VPN for UK services and you might find you run out of data especially with lots of kids all wanting to watch/play their own thing. The Wi-Fi was running off a mobile hotspot on a tablet, so it only really works in the lounge area, which can be frustrating when 4G isn’t always available on mobile phones. Overall a good place for a big family.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires. Gîte incroyable avec un Club où nous avons pu danser, une sono exceptionnelle avec possibilité de faire un karaoké, jouer au billard. Cuisine très bien équipée et une grande salle dans le prolongement pour une grande tablée de 12 adultes. A l'étage 6 très belles chambres, salle de bains bien agencées. Très bonne literie. Un réveillon du nouvel an que nous ne sommes pas prêts d'oublier.

Sehr gepflegtes großes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung, von Billardtisch über Tischtennisplatte bis hin zum Lafuma Relaxstuhl. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, vielen Dank an die herzlichen Vermieter Christel und Marc, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Review We recently spent 5 days at this property and overall we were very pleased with the facilities on offer, the size of the rooms and the cleanliness. It is very close to the beach, which is clean and safe. Local bars and restaurants were within walking distance of the property. The following are on offer for use by residents at the property: table football, darts, pool, table tennis, Netflix karaoke along with a variety of board games. The shower/bathrooms are all clean and work very well with plenty of hot water. The kitchen is large and has all the amenities you need to cook for your friends/family. The hosts are friendly and helpful available at the end of the phone should you have any questions. The Wi-Fi isn’t great but that is my only criticism of this property and in fairness to the hosts we were warned on arrival that it is somewhat flaky. Overall we had a great week at Mele Pele and would recommend it in a heart beat.

Nous sommes partis en famille à10 avec nos enfants et petits enfants. La location est idéale avec suffisamment de chambres , douches et sanitaires. Nous étions à 50 m de la mer et à coté de très bons restaurants. Outre les nombreux jeux que nos ados ont adorés il y a "le club", un très grand salon avec cheminée que nous allumions tous les soirs en rentrant de balades ou de la plage, notre séjour s'est passé sans pluie mais avec beaucoup de vent. Par ailleurs nous avons été très bien reçu par les propriétaires qui ont quitté les lieux dès la fin de la mise en main des lieux. En bref, tout le monde veut y retourner.

La spacieuse maison est conforme au descriptif, très confortable et idéale pour toutes les générations, équipée en matériel haut de gamme (babyfoot, billard, batterie de cuisine, parquet dans les chambres...), au calme malgré les restaurants proches. Stationnement gratuit facile à proximité et chariots mis à disposition pour les bagages, tres pratique ! Vue sur la mer depuis les chambres coté rue, et super club de char à voile à proximité. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires Christel et Marc. A noter qu’ils ont un espace privatif dans le Pèle Mèle. Ils y ont passés la nuit de notre arrivée et la nuit de notre départ, mais cela n’a pas été un problème car seule l’entrée du Pele Mele est commune à leur studio et à la location.

Juste un point: vérifier auprès des propriétaires leur présence éventuelle dans un studio intégré à l habitation; dans ce cas, il y a des parties communes: entrée et sejour pour accéder au studio donnant sur la cour arrière. bon emplacement; nous recommandons
