Eve is a fantastic host. We had a very pleasant stay in this very nice house. The garden was great for the kids the kitchen has all you would need to prepare your meals. comfortable mattresses.

Logement très bien situé pour découvrir le cap ferret . Logement fonctionnel . Il y a tout ce qu’il faut et la propriétaire est très gentille

Location idéalement située et bien équipée. Les enfants (9 et 12 ans) ont particulièrement apprécié les divers jeux et livres à leur disposition ainsi que la table de ping pong. Hôte très accueillante. Je recommande sans hésitation

Maison agréable et très fonctionnelle, équipement complet, jolie déco soignée et propreté nickel, excellente literie (+ lits faits à l'arrivée = très appréciable ;-)). Une de nos meilleures locations !

The photographs don't do justice to this very pleasant house and gardens. As we were unlucky with the weather during our short stay in Cap Ferret it was a great help to have a well equipped and very comfortable house to return to. The location couldn't be better for the beach and is a pleasant walk over to the bassin We will return, hopefully to enjoy more time in the garden next time.

We (4 Adults) spend two excelent weeks in the well equipped house and enjoyed the enclosed garden and location of the house. Very close to the atlantic beach and short bicycle ride from the village centre. We also enjoyed the cooking in the new kitchen.

The maison oceane is located in a quiet environment, close to the beach. Walking to the 'centre' takes some 20 minutes. The house is well equiped and clean. The landlady has been helpful in providing practical advice and has even helped in reserving a restaurant for the first evening. The place is nice for a family of up to 3 kids. Overall, a good choice for a simple holiday close to the seaside.
