😊: A short walk to the town square with nice little supermarket and not far to an excellent local bakery. We were there to watch the 2025 Tour de France and it virtually came past the front door so location was ideal.. 😢: Very steep staircase with a child gate at the top, not great if you need to get up in the night as the toilet is downstairs..

😊: Nice two bedroom house with a garden.. 😢: Sheets and towels are not included, if you want to rent them they are very expensive. I don’t understand how I should have sheets at home for different sizes that a lot of properties ask for. There is no dishwasher which is quite a problem with a big family. The electricity shuts down when you start radiators and an oven at the same time. Very annoying. We tried to play in the garden with kids few times but each time the robot mower turned on and was running for 3-4 hrs at the time. Also very annoying and it happened 3 days in a row. The big bed is very very noisy. I was waking up when my husband turned from side to side at night. Him too. It was not very clean- spiderwebs in the kitchen and bathroom. Lots of dust in the kitchen ventilator. A lot of contradictory information on each step: the property is run by a concierge not the owner- I booked a place pet friendly. When you arrive at the house you can read in the booklet that no animals are approved. The same with the cleaning. I paid for cleaning (which I forgot about as it was few months back) and then I’m getting a message that I have to clean before I leave. It was very confusing..
