😊: The house was nice—modern, clean, and stocked with towels. However, there were some serious issues that impacted our stay.. 😢: First, there was no prior communication about a dog being in the courtyard. This would have been important to know ahead of time, especially for guests who may be uncomfortable or allergic. More concerning was the fact that there was no key provided to lock the house. This is the first time we've experienced this in all our Airbnb stays. We tried contacting the host multiple times via call and message, but received no response at all. We felt unsafe sleeping in a house we couldn't lock, especially without any reassurance or communication from the host. This lack of security and support made the stay stressful..
