😊: We were absolutely disgusted, even before we arrived the owner messed us about with checking in. The site says from four he then said from five. On the day of arrival he said half past six, as his cleaning team were delayed. On arrival, after insisting that we had access from five, the pool and garden are overgrown, the pool has a line of dirt around the edge and is unusable. BBQ filthy and unusable. The garden is mostly laid to decking which is very slippery due to the dirt and mould. The house was filthy, cobwebs everywhere. Beer cans behind sofas, the security blind on the main bedroom windows was broken and, as there are no curtains we were woken early by the light. I contacted the owner, upon arrival, to complain about the lack of cleaning and the blind. He said that a technician would come the next day, nobody came. I also contacted your customer service team, upon arrival, to complain but have had no response. We would have asked to move accommodation had we not had a terrible thunder storm, plus the fact that our party consisted of two over 80’s and two disabled people. Further into the visit we tried to use the air conditioning unit, this dripped on the floor. Dishwasher didn’t work as the filter was full of dirt and mould, radiators were not fixed on the wall at all or hanging off. Wall light fittings hanging off. Under the kitchen units, as there are no kick boards, you can see all the dirt. A hole wall by the bin, Two broken dining chairs and a broken bar stool. We had to hand wash the mouldy cutlery. Upon removing the bedding, at the end of the stay, as requested there was a huge stain on the mattress. We have all stayed in a lot of various accommodation and this is, by far, the worst experience we have ever had. We expect a full refund and strongly recommend removal of this property from your site.. 😢: We also have more photos and a video should you need it..
