😊: The communication with the landloards was good qnd quick, the instructions on how to access the house were clear and accurate, the photos match the reality, it was very clean! And there was grounded coffee available!!. 😢: The courtyard to access the house is not well maintained. The sofa in the living is not comfortable at all and probably needs replacement..

😊: Lovely house, nicely decorated. Has everything we needed.. 😢: Unfortunately it took a while for us to get into the centre of Paris due to work on the trainline. We had to take a bus replacement instead. It couldn't be helped but it's worth bearing in mind if you are thinking of travelling to central Paris..

😊: Fabulous! 10 out of 10! We stayed here as a family of 4 with two young children. Incredibly warm welcome and exceptional hosts. The house is charming and has a soul, and everything looks exactly as you can see on photos. Perfect location for trip to Paris, especially if you need to leave a car. The house is within a 2 min walking distance to the train platform that takes you to Gare du Nord in 15 min. Free parking available if needed. The beauty of Parisian metropolitan and train connections is that you can get anywhere for €2.50 (or €1.25 kids), as long as it takes 2 hours, even if you need to leave train / metro, it is still considered as 1 ticket. We also travelled all the way to Versailles (with couple of connections and €2.50). The app Bonjour and CityMapper will help to navigate around. First let you get tickets online and use your phone as a pass, I also could top up children passes with my phone and the app without need to go to ticket office all the time. Overall, the stay was exceptional! Lovely house, comfortable beds, great shower, and superb location. Way better value for money in comparison to a squeezed tiny accommodation you could get in Paris centre. Highly recommend! We would gladly come back! Merci beaucoup ❤️. 😢: .

😊: Convenient location (really close to the train station - 15-20 min to Paris du Nord station by train, which goes approx 15 min), very supportive landlords. 😢: Sofa-bed isn't comfortable for sleeping.

😊: This house was absolutely stunning. We stayed for 4 nights for the Paris Olympics and it was perfect. The location was ideal with the train station literally across the road where you can leave your car. There are local shops selling everything you might need for a short stay. The owners were super helpful and at hand if you have any problems and checked in by message to make sure we were happy. Everything was clean and cosy and the house had everything you needed, with a few little extras as well. It felt very secure being in a gated community and we bumped into a couple of the neighbours and they were all very friendly and made us feel welcome. Couldn't have asked for anything more. 😢: The courtyard was a little overgrown but I am nit picking. There was nothing else I could complain about it..
