😊: Easy to understand and clear instructions. Got arrival info in advance also it was duplicated on the day of arrival..

😊: Modern, great location within walking distance to the gondola, spacious and overall comfortable. 😢: Limited hot water Asked for an extra set of bed sheets on the first night (we were missing one set), but it never arrived.

😊: Location was excellent- very handy to transport links and also easy to walk into town. Property was very well equipped and store cupboard essentials were appreciated Staff were extremely helpful, flexible and responsive. 😢: Bathrooms were all big enough to have a WC and yet didn’t. Downstairs terrace needs some screening as it feels very public - adjoining neighbours are accessing their property past the seating area. It does feel a bit like sitting in the car park Photos on website don’t really give an accurate view of location. Also an internal plan would have been helpful to understand exactly where bathrooms are in relation to bedrooms.
