😊: Location. 😢: Beds, accessibility to loft rooms was no more than a ladder not suitable for 4 adults. Shower was difficult to access for older people with mobility issues. Very bijou.

😊: The location of the apartment is excellent if you are here to appreciate Juno Beach and the Juno Centre as we were. It is a two minute walk to the beach. It was clean and quiet.. 😢: Gaining access to the property was a bit convoluted and required a number of calls with the owners. The apartment had been represented as a two bedroom and although there were two separate spaces one above the other, there was an open wall going up to the third floor so they were not sound proofed. The upper bedroom had not been made up, which required further contact with the owners. While the description of the property notes that you must use stairs to access the upper floors, they do not accurately describe how steep and tiny the stairs to the third floor are. I do not have any mobility difficulties but I think it is important to more accurately describe how challenging they are (More like an angled ladder than stairs)..

😊: The location was very near to the Normandy beaches and it was very clean. We were able to travel to the invasion beaches, war memorials and other sites of interest. The location is very near to the sea. There was secure parking also which was very useful. 😢: The major problem with the location is that although it is advertised as having two bedrooms - access to the top most bedroom is through bedroom number 1. This would not be suitable for people other than a family. The stairs were very steep and the steps going up to the upper bedroom were only half stairs. The upper bedroom ceiling was very low. Access to the location car park was stressful but once we were in the whole location it was fine..
