Great proximity to cruise port and for exploring L'estaque. Beds comfortable and good quality bedlinen. Full kitchen, well equipped. Upper floor is low height ceiling, but ideal for children.<br>#128577; We liked it all, it was excellent value for money. Bathroom in the basement may not suit for families with small children who may meed to go toilet in the night. But we had teenagers and it was perfect.
