maison en baie du Mont Saint Michel pour 2 à 5 personnes

Not sure how to rate this place as it was clean, functional, the bed we chose to sleep in was verry comfortable as was the sittng area furniture which was in very good condition and the owner who we never saw always responded very quickly to any emails. So normally we would rate this place as 10. However I booked this place for the middle of our trip because it had a washer and dryer and a full kitchen where I thought we could take a breather from our usual B&B where we would be eating all of our meals out. When we arrived we found the dregs of hand soap *enough to last one day, no shower gel, no shampoo, no soap for the washing machine and no soap for the dishwasherr. We even ran out of toilet paper. Nor were there any basic cooking items such as salt , pepper and cooking oil which have been included in every other VRBO that we have booked in the past (and the one in which we are currently staying). When we asked about this, the owner promptly replied that these items were not included. Buying all of these items for a 4 day stay is extremely wasteful. We also found all the signs posted around the unit giving the inventories of each cupboard and warning you that you would be fined if you didn't clean up adequately, set the heat too high very offputting. Of all the places we booked for our trip to France and the low countries, this is the only one I would not recommend to friends. .

Très beau gîte avec un grand terrain clos non attenant mais très bien équipé (barbecue mobilier jardin) mais nous n’avons pas pu en profiter à cause d’une météo maussade ☹️. Les alentours sont sympas avec tout prêt La Chapelle saint Anne avec au loin vu sur le Mont Saint Michel. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Corinne. Je retiens l’adresse pour y retourner 😊. Merci pour tout .

Location très bien située ds la Baie du Mont Saint Michel pour pouvoir faire un maximum de découvertes sans faire trop de kilomètres , bien-sûr en voiture. Concernant la location, propriétaire au top, localisation au milieu des champs donc tranquillité absolue pour une bonne grâce matinée, sinon pour le reste RAS.

Nous avons passés un tres bon séjour, logement impeccable. Il ne manquait rien . Madame Corinne personne tres agréable. Je recommande cet endroit .

Très bon accueil de Corinne qui nous a présenté sa très belle maison avec jolie petit terrain au calme parfait pour 4 personnes que nous étions corinne est toujours à notre écoute et la maison est très très propre nous recommandons cette location et encore merci à Corinne

This is a fantastic Gite with easy access to Le Mont St Michel, Cancale and St Malo to name a few. It is located very close to a number of walking/ cycling routes. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Beautiful town, wonderful hosts lovely property.

This apartment is in the middle of farming fields. At night, the silence deepend so that all we heard was the sound of corn growing. The apartment is part of a four family complex where the neighbors keep sheep and chickens. Quiet sheep and quiet chickens. Its a quick drive to some really great restaurants along the beach and the bikes were perfect for rides on the trails. We visited local villages and even Mount Saint-Michel and then we really enjoyed retreating to our peaceful home base at the end of each day. Be prepared to stock the refrigerator as you arrive. The best stocked grocery store is in Dol de Bretagne which also has a really interesting museum about cathedrals as well as a charming downtown area. Even so, keep an eye out as you drive across the countryside because many farms keep a farmstand stocked with produce fresh from the ground. The one tiny little complaint we had was the lack of WiFi and a very weak cell signal. It was probably good for us to take a little internet vacation but if you need a connection - the church in Cherrueix is a great place to park and enjoy three whole bars of signal. Don't let the lack of WiFi keep you away from this opportunity to step out of ordinary, too busy life and into more seasonal time. Our hosts were charming and helpful as we settled in and when we left. We were grateful to stay here. It was the perfect context for our exploration of this charming corner of France.
