😊: The Owner was extremely kind, approacheble, and extremely supportive on arrival, he kindly gave us a lift from an unknown address where we got dropped off by a lier UBER driver even though the right address was given. The Owner kindly picked us up, and did show us around, shops and the train station. The place is well located, lovely neighbourhood, close to the bus and train station, swimming pool locally etc... We really felt like be Home..

😊: The location was very convenient, with the train/metro station just a 5-minute walk away. This made it very easy to get around and visit Paris. The accommodation fully matched the photos and description provided on Booking. The host and his friend were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They did their best to accommodate all of our requests. Whenever we had any comments or concerns, they responded quickly and tried to resolve everything immediately. Overall, they were very kind and attentive people. The host truly deserves a high rating for his hospitality and efforts to make guests feel comfortable.. 😢: We were travelling with a 4-year-old child, so cleanliness was very important to us. Unfortunately, it seemed that the accommodation had not been occupied for some time, as there was a significant amount of dust in many areas. We did not have the feeling that the property had been properly cleaned before our arrival. As a result, we had to clean the floors ourselves. The toilet was also not clean upon arrival. This was a significant drawback for us. However, the host was responsive and attentive, so I believe this issue can be easily addressed and improved for future guests..
