😊: The hosts met us and showed us round the property. They were very helpful in allowing an early check in and a late check out. The property is in a fabulous location with great views and plenty of areas to sit and enjoy the view . The pool was a great bonus. We tended to get the ferry into Marseille from L'Estaque which was a great way to arrive in the city. L"Estaque also has everything you need regards shopping for food and bars and restaurants. We did not have a car so it meant lots of walking or ubers for those that didnt want to walk up a big hill on the way home !! Overall we had a great stay with just a few small comments on things that could be improved upon.. 😢: There were omissions in the kitchen equipment . We were a group of 7 and there were not 7 mugs for tea! We couldn't find a sieve or cheese grater and although this seems a bit picky we were trying to self cater for a week and these items would have been very helpful to us. The downstairs bedroom has an en suite shower but not a toilet so had to use the communal loo in the night - upstairs a family bathroom that had to be shared by 5 people. Not a problem but could be an issue for some. We paid extra 200 euros for cleaning 150 euros for linen and 80 euros for towels which we did feel was quite a lot of money - might expect hotel grade linen and towels for this price. We got good use out of the gas barbecue and there was also a separate laundry room.

😊: We loved everything about our stay and had an amazing week with our family for the Paris 2024 Olympics. The hosts are very responsive and will answer all of your questions quickly. The rooms are all a great size, views are fantastic and the pool is great too. It really just feels like a home away from home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There is a shop locally and you can walk down into the town and catch the ferry to Marseille port for just €5. We had an excellent time, great views, lovely neighbourhood and excellent hosts.. 😢: Nothing !.
