Maison Familiale à 15 Min De St Emilion

My group had such a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and the concierge service was very helpful.

The property is as advertised. Quiet, peaceful setting in lovely vineyards. 15 minutes from St Emilion. The kitchen was great to cook in and the table in front of the working fireplace was a great gathering point for our friends. Highly recommend a visit to the small family vineyard in St Emilion— Chateau Mauvinon and the Sunday market at Libourne.

Great house! We came with friends but I would also definitely go back with the kids, it’s very well kitted out for families. Gorgeous house.

We stayed here for a week in June. The house is amazing and has every facilty that you could hope for including a home cinema! The pool and gardens are lovely and the surround area is peaceful and beautiful. With Branne about a 10 min drive away you have a decent sized supermarket, a couple of bars and a very nice restaurant. Overall we were very impressed with the house and gardens and Maxime has done a great job providing this amazing house.

This is a great property. Maxime is a fantastic host and super quick to respond. We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay. Everything was perfect. I recommend that for non-French guests there should be more recommendations about wineries to visit, best local restaurants, bakeries, etc. Overall, a wonderful stay!!!

I travel alot so often use this site and this property is a standout. The check in was very easy from Maxine and Christine! Everything is top of the range and state of the art. Couldn’t recommend it more highly. Really excited to return for longer next time! French perfection.

The house is located about 15 minutes from St Emilion, in pretty vineyard surroundings. It is a beautiful property, lovingly restored, with a stunning kitchen and living area. The en suite bedrooms are comfortable, and the poolside is perfect for lazy days relaxing with family and friends. The house and grounds are very spacious, and we were more than happy with our choice. You would need to drive to get groceries, as the village of Guillac is very small, but has some lovely vineyard walks. Our only request would be that the house provide cushions for all the sun loungers at the poolside, as we were six adults, and only four loungers had cushions for comfort. All in all, an idyllic stay!

We rented this property for a week’s family vacation and couldn’t have made a better choice. The house, pool and grounds were stunning and came well equipped with everything you could reasonably need or want. And the owners responded immediately to any questions or minor problems we encountered. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would heartily recommend this accommodation.
