Idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter de la quiétude du Vieux Annecy. Ensoleillé et bien exposé. Facilité de transit avec les transport en commun.

Une maison agréable, propre et très fonctionnelle ! L'emplacement est idéal... à quelques minutes du centre d Annecy et à 1/2h des pistes ! Merci à Isabelle pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Je recommande et reviendrai avec plaisir :) Charlotte

Das Haus ist wirklich groß, sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Auf der Rasenfläche ist genug Platz für viele Outdoor-Spiele , es sind auch genug Liegen und ein sehr großer Tisch mit Stühlen auf der Terrasse vorhanden. In einem wunderschönen, ruhigen, höher gelegenen Stadtteil von Annecy bietet es einen guten Kontrast zu der quirligen Altstadt und zu dem sehr belebten Seeufer. Un grand merci pour la belle hospitalité!

The owner was very accommodating with our request to arrive early which really helped . I have been booking accommodation through these sites for years and this is the first one which really matched up to my expectations and more . The pictures do not do it justice - the rooms are spacious and light and the kitchen was thought out very well . There is a large table inside and out and plenty deckchairs for all . It is close to 2 bus stops which were great as although we had one car we did have to use the bus to get into town on occasion and the buses were regular. We had a fabulous time and Annecy is the most amazing place to visit with the family. The house itself is in a residential area and very quiet , We were 3 generations and there is something for everyone here . We do not hesitate to recommend this property.

La maison est magnifique, très bien agencée, tout est neuf, séjour très agréable. Les locataires sont extrêmement gentils et serviables. Nous recommandons très vivement cette location.
