Correspondence & check in with Jeannine & her son Ronan was perfect. Home was a bit more dated than expected but was spotless. Kitchen area quite small, work surfaces a bit cramped if you wanted to cook meals etc. This is just my opinion, I’m sure, not everyone would agree. Garden rather small, outdoor dining was adequate, if you like to recline in the sun, area with sunbed was rather restricted. The only thing that curtailed my stay (again, this was due to my health problems, nothing to do with owner) Was the busy road behind the house/garden. The fumes were quite over powering and really made my asthma allergy quite uncomfortable. I am sure this property would suit most people. There are a few bars, not a large variety of restaurants (that we found) in Sanary-sur-mer. Not really walking distance, a car would be quite essential.

Très bon séjour, tout était TOP. Accueil parfait, logement très propre, maison très agréable, facile à vivre. Nous recommandons vivement.

Maison très agréable , extrêmement confortable tout s'y trouve pour y passer un excellent séjour, conforme à la description. Hôte accueillante, aimable et discrète. On peut réserver sans hésitation.

Charmante maison bien située, très bien équipée et à la propreté irréprochable. Son jardin clôt est parfait pour les animaux. Très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire. Je recommande.

Excellente location, très propre, bien meublée, petit espace extérieur et emplacement pour la voiture dans la propriété même. Marché local et bord de mer à 20 mn à pied ..... idéal.

Très bonne situation dans un lotissement proche des plages et des commerces. Une propreté irréprochable, un accueil sympathique, il ne manque rien pour passer des vacances agréables.

Très bonne prestation, un accueil charmant par la propriétaire, propreté irréprochable, literie en 160cm ( top ) Terrain entièrement clos, appréciable lorsque l’on a un chien. Je recommande cette prestation.

This is an absolute lovely property and the photos don't do it justice. First, it was a nice welcome from the owners who showed us the property and gave us a bottle of Bandol Rose wine from their winery. It was very good. What a treat! This property is located in a very nice neighborhood and we felt safe there. The house is tastefully decorated throughout in a grey and white theme with interesting art work and modern furniture in the living room (upgrade since the photo was taken) It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Great lighting in all the rooms, sliding glass doors for easy access to a lovely garden with a wood fire grill, patio table and chairs on the terrace and lounge chairs. There are 3 flat screen TV sets (bedrooms and living room) with international channels BBC, CNN, CNBC, Bloomberg. The WiFi works great. The washer and dryer were very handy. Sanary-sur-Mer is a lovely seaside town and there is easy access to the freeway to explore the coast. We were there seven days and it went too quickly. We would not hesitate in renting this property again.
