Maison indépendante avec jardin dans résidence proche de la plage

😊: This is a new, modern house with a separate entrance in a gated community. There's a small garden at the back. A huge TV is perfect for evening entertainment. Everything you need is there. All the appliances work and are in excellent condition. It's very close to the promenade and the beach. This is a place you'll want to return to!. 😢: A very modern, expensive house and a cheap, creaky staircase, it’s strange to say the least..
