Maison jardin très calme rénovée à neuf proche vieux village /port /plage chalets

Photos of property do not show the front entrance, which is dirty, uninviting and a shock. The interior is not being properly cleaned especially kitchen appliances and drawers. I needed to wash bathroom and bathmat before use, and vacuum the ground floor. The state of the vacuum cleaner and mop bucket were unbelievable, full of dirt. WIFI was under lock and key on arrival but local agency fixed that on day 2. The local agent didn’t make a case with the owner for the complaints we made to her on day 2 of our stay (at least that is what the owner told me). VRBO were sending me emails asking me for the same information over and over, and it cost me €36 to phone a US number twice. I sent VRBO photos of the dirt. Finally Abritel helped and VRBO refunded the service fee. The agency in Gruissan, or owner, made no effort to help solve any problems. Owner thought providing me with sheets and towels was enough. I find that pathetic. This property needs to be cleaned up and the photos should show the entire property and not the glamorous parts. The girl who called to check us out took lots of photos. I had already sent many of them to VRBO. I have them as proof of my complaints. If what I have listed was cleaned up the place could be very pleasant. Unless the property is cleaned and the entrance dealt with, this property should no longer be advertised on your website. It is not inexpensive and I was expecting a very pleasant stay. Instead all I had was hassle and stress.

Our 3rd stay, always a pleasure. The house has been tastefully decorated, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Perfect outside area for dining and a safe space for our 22 month old grandson to play. Well situated for walks into the old town or the new ports for shops, market and restaurants. Thankyou once again

4 jours en famille à gruissan. La maison est super et très bien équipée. Très calme, nous avons très bien dormi. Toutes les indications étaient parfaites et nous avons eu du soleil 😊

La casita es muy cómoda, amplia y con espacio suficiente para todos. El jardín está perfectamente amueblado y te permite pasar un buen rato en el exterior. Todo estaba muy limpio y la ubicación es fantástica. La única critica que tengo es que, según mi opinión, sábanas, toallas y wifi deberían estar incluidos en el precio.

Wir haben mit zwei großen Kindern (17/19) zwei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem toll und hochwertig ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war jederzeit freundlich, hilfreich und schnell. Das Haus mit schönem Garten ist sehr gut ausgestattet - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr positiv empfanden wir auch die Klimatisierung sowie die komplette Gartenausstattung mit Grill, Liegen, Tisch, Sitzecke - alles mit Auflagen - und einer Hängematte. Alle Elektrogeräte sind hochwertig und gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist optimal um die Altstadt, den Wochenmarkt oder auch den Hafen fußläufig zu erreichen, trotzdem ist die Lage angenehm ruhig. Zu den verschiedenen Stränden fährt man mit dem Auto 5 bis 10 Minuten. Bauartbedingt (wir kennen das von anderen Häusern in solchen Anlagen) sind die Wände der Schlafzimmer recht dünn und damit hellhörig - wir kamen aber gut damit klar. Gerne empfehlen wir die Vermieter als auch das Objekt weiter.

Location conforme à la présentation. Dans un quartier calme, idéalement située à 5 mn à pieds du port et du village de Gruissan, et 5 mn en voiture des plages. La maison est spacieuse, avec trois grandes chambres à l’étage. Cuisine bien équipée en électroménager et ustensiles divers, on se croirait à la maison. Terrasse agréable, à l’abri du vent, aménagée d’un salon de jardin et d’un coin canapé, de transats et d’un hamac. Je recommande vivement.

On a bcp apprécié le côté maison jardin et son côté traversant. Avons pris tous nos repas à l'extérieur. La séparation coin jour en bas et coin nuit à l'étage était confortable. Il serait souhaitable d'avoir un autre jeu de clefs.

Maison, bien équipée avec de l'électro ménager de qualité, bien meublée intérieur et extérieur avec coussins, literie de qualité, on se sent chez soi. La maison est bien située, quartier calme (nous étions en septembre) juste un bémol (s'il en faut un) difficile de se garer, mais il y a un grand parking à quelques mètres. Terrasse extérieure calme et bien équipée. Mention très bien aux propriétaires qui ont tout fait pour que l'on s'y plaise. A conserver pour l'année prochaine.
