Maison Le Clos Neraud avec piscine et SPA

😊: The very comfortable beds, number of bathrooms, excellent kitchen facilities , dining area, and pool. The outdoor areas and landscaping are lovely. Also, a garage for those with a car. Handy for the bikes we hired. We didn't use the hot tub but it is a lovely extra to have for a group. The location is really super. Quiet and residential and very close to the lovely town of St Martin de Re. You have a supermarket close by and also the large local food market. There is plenty of space to cook and store food in the villa as there are 2 fridges. A number of the floors have underfloor heating which is lovely after a shower. There is also a bath in one of the bathrooms.. 😢: I think with a group such as ours, friends (7 of us), more than 2 sets of keys are required, or a lockbox should be fitted, which would make life much easier. I also feel a set of written instructions on how to use appliances could be made available in English at the house. There are also no blinds on any of the windows, which means the bedroom gets bright very early... It's not an issue in September, but it would be for me in summer. There are shutters on the outside of a lot of the windows though. None of the above would stop me booking again as it's a great house!.

Big plus that the pool Man came twice during our stay, and a garage to park the car.<br>#128577; There were no bar stools in the kitchen (as shown in the photos), which would have made a more convivial stay for us all. No provision of bin liners other than those already in the kitchen bin, and no hand soap.

it was overall a wonderful...<br>#128578; Location was amazing. The house was great but more seating would be needed if more than 6 people hired the house.<br>#128577; Please make it clear that you have to pay for linen when first booking. More sun loungers were needed.
