😊: On the positive side, the property itself is neat and looks exactly like the pictures. The size of the accommodation is excellent very spacious and well laid out. The location is very convenient, close to Disneyland Paris and Val d'Europe shopping centre, which is a big advantage for families and shoppers. You arrive to a heated house, which is very welcoming in colder weather. However, in summer, note that there is only one AC unit. The hot water supply was excellent and cannot be faulted. Overall, this property could easily be a 5-star stay if: The check-in time was more flexible and aligned with standard property times The bedding was upgraded It was clearly stated that there is no WiFi With a few improvements, this accommodation has great potential.. 😢: The biggest issue was the check-in time. Check-in is strictly at 6pm and you are not allowed to enter before then. This was particularly frustrating because my children urgently needed to use the toilet and we were not allowed access. A little flexibility, especially for families, would make a huge difference. Secondly, there is no WiFi in the property. This was not very obvious at the time of booking. In today’s world, WiFi is almost essential, especially for families or international visitors. If you rely on WiFi, I would not recommend this property. The bedding is polyester and very uncomfortable. It would be especially unpleasant during the summer months. Cotton bedding would greatly improve the sleeping experience. The sofa is old, dirty, and bent on both ends, which makes it uncomfortable to sit on and gives a poor impression of maintenance. The parking space is very tight and not suitable for larger vehicles.
