Die perfekte Lage in minimaler Entfernung zu den berühmten Orten und Schlössern an der Loire lassen es uns uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires. Gîte propre, spacieux et très bien situé. Bel extérieur clos. Le tout au calme...un petit coin de paradis

Le séjour était génial de A à Z. Les propriétaires sont super, la maison est très agréable, très calme. Très facile à trouver avec un GPS. Vous avez de la place pour garer votre véhicule, le logement est très bien équipé et surtout très propre. Je recommande fortement ! Au plaisir de revenir

This was a great base for a couple of nights to explore part of the Loire Valley..The little village about 3 km away - Chaumont-Sur-Loire - has several good restaurants, and other shops. The house was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, good sized rooms, and well equipped. The only thing lacking during the hot weather was a fan, so we decided to buy one at the supermarket, (which we have now also used at our next accommodation) Lino was very welcoming and we would happily stay again.

We stayed in the house in June of 2017. The house and all amenities are as described in the listing. The house is very clean, with nice kitchen, large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Owners are very helpful and friendly. They gave us tips on local restaurants, grocery stores, chateaus, and other places to visit. We enjoyed our stay and hope to get back again to further enjoy and explore this beautiful part of France.

My family's main feedback about Lino's cottage was "why didn't we stay there longer?" Great place - just as the pictures show but better because it's hard to tell that every square inch has been remodeled to a nice standard. Two stories - each with two comfortable beds, and everything from the kitchen to the 2 bathrooms to the windows and doors and floors are quite new. Lino then chose vintage furniture to keep the nice cozy feel of a French country cottage. You have a yard with a table under a tree, an outdoor fireplace/grill, living room upstairs. It was super quiet and we slept better here than anywhere else on our three-week trip. There is a vineyard nearby, and lots of the area's attractions are easily drivable. Perfect spot if you want to stock up on some groceries and do some of your own meals and just chill out in between sight-seeing. We took a canoe on the river and visited a nearby chateau - wish we had more time but we'll be back. Lino does not speak much English and I speak only a little French but we managed easily. Lino was very proactive in communicating, meeting us upon our arrival, orienting us to everything in the cottage and being available for questions, etc. We had a nice chat about family (thanks goodness for Google Translate!) and found him a gracious and conscientious host. Really good value - should have booked longer!
