😊: The owner was friendly. Everything was clean.. 😢: The lower single beds were too soft and possibly damaged ( a hole in the left one). In the upper bedroom there is no window..

😊: The host was friendly and very helpful, e.g about advice on car parking in Grasse and whether it was safe or not to walk to town (it wasn't). It was also good to know that they lived next door. Spacious, clean and well equipped. Quiet and safe area. Pleasant swimming pool.. 😢: You need your car to go anywhere. Google map had given me distances (e.g. to Grasse) but it turned out to be busy narrow lanes and then a main road with no pavement. Thankfully the host warned me about it..

😊: we loved everything, fantastic hosts, location , just beautiful. 😢: Upstairs bedroom a little adventurous, but you know what - it was fun.

😊: Great communication with the host. House is very clean and quite large, which is very comfortable even to place the number of luggage on the floor, we could walk around comfortably. I believe for such a house, the price is set very low. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you. 😢: There are some mosquitoes around, which is quite common and unavoidable in such a quiet location though. ( especially this year this had happened in Europe in general. ) So we recommend to prepare the mosquito repellent and afterbite cream just in case for the stay in summer..
