Maripol und René were great and kind hosts. We had a warm welcome and the rooms are cozy and very nicely furnished. Our kids loved the attic with all the toys and books :) The neighborhood is quiet and the bakery and grocery store are just a few hundred meters away. We will definitely visit again. Très bon accueil, coin tranquille, et de quoi concilier la rando, le vélo et les plages.

Wir haben diese Woche sehr genossen. Ausser Vogelgezwitscher, das Summen der Bienen oder gelegentliches Rasenmähergeräusch war kaum etwas zu hören. Sehr ruhige Wohnlage. Strände sowie Restaurants in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Vorgängig sehr netter schriftlicher Kontakt mit Maripol und dann herzlicher Empfang. Bei der Ankunft teilte Maripol auch alle wichtigen Informationen mit. Sehr hilfreich ist auch der in der Wohnung liegende kleine Ordner, in welchem alle Infos schriftlich festgehalten sind. Wir haben viele Küstenwanderungen unternommen. Obwohl die Küche bestens ausgestattet ist, zogen wir es vor uns abends in den Restaurants verwöhnen zu lassen. Wir können diese Wohnung und die Gegend sehr empfehlen.

Chez Maripol, tout est pensé pour se sentir "comme à la maison". Merci à nos hôtes pour l'accueil et la bienveillance vis à vis des enfants et parents! Le gîte est très bien équipé, chaleureux et modulable. Parfait pour une famille avec enfants qui souhaite profiter d'un séjour en toute simplicité et qualité. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et nous reviendrons sûrement !

We had a lovely few days here. The holiday home has a lovely ground floor with view to the courtyard along with all facilities. The very spacious bedrooms are upstairs. It is just a few minutes walk to get bread in the morning. In late September the area is very quiet so we had a few days exploring the beautiful north Brittany coast. Thanks to Maripol for the cake, cider and jam.

We stayed in Mari's cottage for 5 nights and felt right at home. Mari welcomed us with a bottle of local cider, fresh apples from her trees, a local cake, home made jam and fresh flowers all over the house. The cottage was filled with sunlight and her welcoming warmth. It is off the main roads, very quiet, and you can hear the breeze blowing in the tree leaves. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed to cook for ourselves and it invites you to just linger and curl up with a book or window gaze. It's also a perfect location to explore the northwest part of Brittany. The coastline is beautiful, with many little coves to explore, easily accessible by bicycle, foot, or car. There are enough restaurants and creperies to delight your tastebuds too. The creperie in the local village of Ploueour-Trez was one of the best we went to, and the seafood at the restaurant in the nearby Brignonan village was outstanding. We are family of 4 with young children and loved every minute of our holiday. The property location it's excellent close to magnificent beaches walking distance. The town has everything you need bakery, coffee and a restaurant. The house is beautiful and full of character it has everything you need for a peaceful get away. The owners were friendly and helpful. Maripol made us feel welcomed from the moment we booked the holiday then on arrival and throughout. She had carefully prepared useful information for our stay including places to visit and what's available in the area. We can't recommend this place enough. The property can comfortably accommodate 5 to 6 people. We are planning to return again in the summer.
