😊: Quiet location on edge of Epernay. Very easy to get around. Spacious accommodation and well equipped (especially for families)..

😊: The house is in a suburban location, surrounded homes and with a view of vineyards. They have aimed for a fun funky vibe inside. The garden had a lovely seating area. The kitchen is well appointed and has all the gadgets you would expect or want. The house was just what we needed as we were not spending much time there and we were able to walk into town for dinner and to go out.. 😢: Although the house is presented well, it looks like much of the work was undertaken by the owner, and it lacks finesse and professionalism. For example the garden had a lovely seating area but with a view of established weeds. The bathrooms are a basic and not well installed..

😊: House was well appointed. Clean and the bedrooms clean and comfortable.. 😢: The garden and decking was unfortunately untidy and needed some tidying up. The location was further from the "heart" of Epernay than expected..

😊: It was really spacious with a large living area and three bedrooms, very clean, quiet and well equipped with a big kitchen area. We visited in winter and it was warm inside all the rooms, and a bonus to have a sauna to use after a long day of travel. The friendly owner greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome.. 😢: Nothing, it suited our needs perfectly..
