Séjour de rêve, situation idéale, proche du centre dans quartier résidentiel au calme. Philippe et Sylvie les propriétaires sont très gentils, disponible pour la moindre question ou problème. La villa est propre, bien équipée idéale également pour des familles. Le coup d’oeil sur cavalaire et la baie est splendide. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Diese Villa ist einfach genial. Angefangen von der traumhaften Lage, der Funktionalität und dem wunderbaren Pool. Hervorragende Sauberkeit, alle notwendigen Haushaltsutensilien bis zum scharfen Messer war alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das lag auch an den überaus freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern, die für ein Rund-um-Wohlfühlpaket gesorgt haben. Vielen Dank an Philippe und Sylvie. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We loved our stay here. The house is modern, elegant, private and very comfortable. It is also great for people with limited mobility as there is only the tiniest step into the house and all of the bedrooms lead off of a central living space. With the sun being so strong, it is also great to have a garage to park the car in. The furniture is of an excellent standard and the kitchen is wonderfully equipped with a good selection of pots, pans and utensils. The knives are sharp and there is enough crockery and cutlery to host a party. The heated pool is wonderful and we loved the veranda to hide from the midday sun and take in the amazing views. Don’t worry if you are a sun worshipper, there are plenty of places to bake all day if you want to. The property is only a couple of minutes drive from central Cavalaire Sur Mer which is perfect. It has: a supermarket; several patisseries, a beautiful port and beach, both with an array of loverly restaurants and stunning market on Wednesdays which has something for everyone. It is close to St Tropez which is stunning but terribly busy and La Lavandou which has delightful relaxed beaches and great restaurants. Philippe and his lovely wife could not have been more helpful. Although they do not speak English. Our French is not as good as it used to be but we managed well enough using google translate. They can provide quality linens and cleaning at an additional charge by prior arrangement. We would recommend this as it makes the stay much easier. I highly recommend staying here.

neues Haus, gepflegte Anlage, sehr gute Austattung, absolut ruhige Lage und vor allem ein wunderbarer Panoramablick auf das Meer. Die Bilder auf der Website geben einen sehr realistischen Eindruck wieder. Jederzeit wieder.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben im September 2018 eine Woche in diesem traumhaften Haus verbracht und können diese Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung empfehlen. Das Haus wurde 2018 völlig umgebaut und renoviert und ist sehr schick, modern und absolut hochwertig eingerichtet. Das absolute Highlight ist die Terrasse mit einem wunderschönen Pool und einer grandiosen Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer. Da das Haus ca. 100m über dem Meer liegt, blickt man fast über 180° auf das Meer. Alles ist extrem sauber und gepflegt. Das gesamte Anwesen wirkt wie ein kleines Paradies. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, sehr pünktlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen - dieses Haus hat alles bisher dagewesene übertroffen!!
