😊: The bed was very comfortable and the facilities were good.

😊: The property was in a good location, close to local village, clean, and great facilities.. 😢: The hob took a while to figure out, could do with user instructions..

😊: This was a beautiful place to stay. The property was spotless with everything you could ask for. Wonderful.. 😢: That I hadn't booked longer. I night wasn't enough..

😊: The property had everything we wanted.Lovely bathroom with bath,shower and thoughtfully soap,a well equipped kitchen /dining/ living room and an excellent outside seating area with loungers and barbecue . The owner had also provided a welcome bottle of cider and coffee,tea and biscuits for us.. 😢: The property is new and therefore there has not been enough time for shrubs etc to grow to give a bit more privacy from the neighbours. This is a small criticism and one that will not be a problem over time..
