😊: Compact and just the right size for the family. Would be perfect for family of 4, but we had an extra teenager! Having said that, everyone was comfortable sleeping and as we were out for the entire day we were able to leave the sofa bed out without it interfering in use of the home. Clear guidelines and photos for getting into the property, and for leaving. Welcome guide was useful with good information, but we didn’t need a lot of the information (eg restaurants). Only 30 min drive from our destination - Disneyland, which was perfect.. 😢: Limited kitchen utilities - we didn’t use them much, but found limitations in the small amount of food prep we did i.e. only a small knife, not overly sharp, to cut bread. No kettle, but we boiled water on the hob instead..
