😊: The beds were comfortable, including the sofa bed. 😢: The accommodation was specified to be completely wheelchair accessible, which it was far from that description. Bathroom cannot be entered with a wheelchair because the door opening is too small. Even if you could have entered the bathroom, the triangular wall that starts at the floor to confine the water in the shower, makes the opening into the shower so narrow that one cannot get into the shower with a wheelchair. Toilet is so small that the door has to stay open and the wheelchair needs to partly stay outside. Because the accommodation is open plan, this means anyone in the living room/kitchen can see you sit on the toilet. Airconditioning is a small mobile unit which needs a tube to go out of the window. This is NOT sufficient to cool the accommodation whatsoever! Also the flooring is uneven which jams the outside door to open fully into the accommodation, meaning a wheelchair cannot easily go in. English is listed as a spoken language but the representative of the owner hardly speaks English. Because not showering and having an open door policy while on the toilet for 10 days was not an option, we left after 1 night's stay with the consent and verbal agreement by the representative of the owner that we could leave and get our money back. Since then the owner does not respond to messages and I still do not have my money back. I am utterly disappointed by this accommodation and do not understand why it is listed as being fully wheelchair accessible..
