😊: Good communication with owner. Quiet and well positioned near centre of village. Excellent WiFi. Good kitchen facilities. Comfortable bed but bed linen could be better. Furniture is adequate. Nice couch for relaxing. I stayed 2 nights. It wasn't terrible but definitely not good value for money.. 😢: The apartment needs a very good overhaul and some attention to detail. The dining chairs are filthy. There were no blinds in the bedroom. I had to use a towel to cover the window. The entrance is through a garage and up some steep wooden stairs. Inside, there is a spiral staircase that is narrow and steep. The terrace is a small area that is accessed by climbing some steep outdoor stairs. All this means this apartment is not suitable for anyone with the slightest mobility problem or for anyone overweight or who suffers from vertigo. The wiring appears dodgy and altogether I wonder if it would pass a health and safety inspection. Sorry to say this place gives an impression of neglect..
