Maison Simart - Three-Bedroom House

😊: A functional and stylish property in a good location. The house had everything you needed and more. A very pleasant stay. Sadly we couldn’t use the courtyard due to the rain. The weather however didn’t stop us from exploring the delightful city of Troyes and sampling the champagne!.

😊: Lovely old property full of character but also loads of modern conveniences. Comfy large beds that we slept very well on with good quality linen. The bathroom was large with a double shower and very good quality towels. Good selection of board games, which we made use of. Communication with the hosts was excellent, they were very responsive. Highly recommended and we are already discussing going back!!. 😢: Nothing, although be aware the stairs are steep.and narrow,.

😊: Full of character, spotlessly clean and a perfect location to walk into the city centre. Parking easy outside on the road. Comfy bed, beautiful bathroom and great kitchen.. 😢: Very minor..but just to perfect.. bigger bath towels and better pillows..

Excellent.<br>#128578; Beautiful property. Scrupulously clean. Lovingly renovated and furnished. Easy walk to the centre of stunning Troyes. We stayed for two days but would have happily stayed for a week. Stairs are very, very steep. This is not a house for the elderly or infirm.<br>#128577; Nothing. Great property.

Quirky, beautiful, clean property<br>#128578; Cleanliness was exceptional (more difficult in an old property) Hosts were very communicative/friendly helpful (helped us book a meal at one of their recommendations Attention to detail/extras (coffee; enough soap; toilet roll etc ) always helps

Außergewöhnlich<br>#128578; Supertolle Ausstattung, sehr geschmackvoll mit Liebe zum Detail, eine Freude für die Sinne! Auch die zentrumsnahe Lage ist sehr angenehm. Wir lernen: der äußere Eindruck kann einen mächtig in die Irre führen, schönes Beispiel für Understatement.... Ganz superperfekt wäre ein privater Parkplatz und ein WC im Erdgeschoss. Sehr schade auch, dass in Frankreich die Bidetkultur beerdigt wurde. Ein tolles Zuhause auf Zeit, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The location is excellent and Charlotte has the best recommendations on where to eat!
