😊: The location was great for us, allowing easy access to the Circuit de Sarthe for the 24 hour endurance race. The property was bright and spacious. The garden would have been great to enjoy it the weather had been kinder and having a chicken run in the garden was a delight. Kitchen large and reasonably well equipped. Nearby bar/cafe was welcoming and easy access to bus to centre of Le Mans. Bread vending machine an easy walk.. 😢: The seating was very limited - only one 3-seater settee for a house that sleeps up to 11 is not enough for relaxing in the evening. Very limited garden furniture (one bench)..
