Maison Style Espace à Angers

😊: Location is close to amenities and very quiet. Parking was always available and free, even for a large van. Staff was prompt to reply to messages and rectify issues in the property. The house is spacious and modern and the kitchen is well equiped for cooking.. 😢: The property has visibly been bought up and turned into a short term holiday let for cash making. It is showing signs of wear and tear such as water marks on skirting boards, dents in walls and holes in the sisal upstairs. I found the cleanliness questionable: hair in the bath tub and splash marks all over the black paint upstairs. A cabinet had been ripped from the wall and the holes left as they were. There was also a bad taste 'decoration' hanging from a lamp shade and some radiators knobs fell into my hand when trying to adjust them. In one of the bedroom, one socket near the bed was unusable due to something blocking one of the holes. The sofa is very low and beds quite soft but this could be down to personal preferences. An airer was quickly provided when requested. I paid 1800€ for 7 nights for 6 and do think this is overpriced. There are cheaper properties nearby..

A 8 nous ne nous sommes pas sentis à l étroit. Très beau jardin avec belle terrasse et mobilier de jardin .<br>#128577; Au niveau cuisine c est un peu léger en matériel et récipients si on veut faire un peu de cuisine , par exemple pas de passoire,ni de couverts à salade. Par contre bien équipée en électroménager.
