Maison tout confort au calme à 300m de la mer et du GR34 avec jardin

The property is lovely and we had a great 10 days. It is down a quiet lane and has a completely enclosed garden which was perfect as we had a 6 month old puppy with us who could not escape. The outside shower was a great idea to wash away sandy paws. The BBQ and seating area outside was clean and there were coals available for us to use. It was perfect for us as a couple and we only went upstairs to hang clothes but it was all very clean in bedrooms, kitchen and living area. The big downside to the property is the bathroom. Sadly the shower was not so clean and the whole area needs a refresh as the curtain hiding the boiler was pretty dusty too - not so nice to look at when you are on the toilet. However, apart from that it is a great property that is well equipped and even has a 2nd fridge in the outside shed if needed! Loctudy is a beautiful area and the beaches are fantastic.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus für Leute, die...<br>#128578; Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus, das drei Erwachsenen genug Platz bietet, um sich auch mal zurückziehen zu können. Ausserdem war der Garten äusserst hübsch und genügend abgeschirmt zum Sonnenbaden. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit drei TVs, Grill und Gesellschaftsspielen. Abgesehen von einem Radio, haben wir nichts vermisst. Die Gastgeber wohnen gleich nebenan und stehen bei Fragen/Problemen zur Verfügung, lassen einem aber ansonsten in Ruhe. Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub sehr genossen und ...<br>#128577; Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit genügend Geschirr und Gläsern für 6 Personen, aber leider ging das etwas zu Lasten von Stauraum, wo man seine gekauften Lebensmittel verstauen könnte. Aber mit etwas Umräumen, liess sich dieses Problem schon beheben.

Suzanne and Ronan's rental is very well situated - and absolutely calm - an excellent location from which to explore southern Finistère with its beautiful beaches, fishing harbors, and medieval churches. The kitchen is particularly well equiped - they have clearly paid greater attention to one's needs in this area than most do. The house is small, but certainly very comfortable for a couple alone, or with one or two small children. Suzanne and Ronan were impeccably courteous hosts, who responded almost instantly to any questions we had.
