Maison vue exceptionnelle

😊: The house was very spacious, clean, and comfortable.. 😢: The check in process was a nightmare. They had completely forgotten about us and didn’t send us the code or any instructions at all to be able to get in to the house. I tried messaging and calling them, without any success. At 5:30pm I contacted booking.com for a refund so we could book another accommodation for that night. After booking.com contacted them they then finally got in touch with me and sent me the code, only to find out that that code didn’t work either. Eventually after another phone call with someone else we were able to get in..

😊: Location near to Tarascon with easy parking and access to shops. House very comfortable with 2 bathrooms and plenty of space. 2 terraces with outdoor furniture and lovely views. Well equipped.. 😢: Door lock tricky to manage - ok once we got help, not obvious there is tiny screen on key pad. Some kitchen stuff missing eg decent corkscrew, oven trays ….
