😊: Excellent WiFi. 😢: Difficult to locate as property numbers mixed up. Apartment number signs needed on the complex. Entrance to property obstructed by overgrown hedge. Needs pruning. Patio untidy and needs a clean up. Apartment not very clean. Floor hadn’t been swept, fridge dirty and smelt, sofa marked and showing its age. Some electric sockets dangerous with exposed wires. Other sockets located too high up on wall and of no use. Unable to use the television as remote control didn’t work and there was no manual way of operating it. Shower was unable to be used as water was too hot. Suspect thermostat is faulty..
