We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the holiday home and it’s amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home and at ease. Lawrence and Franc were super hosts, welcoming and yet not intrusive. It was a great location with beaches, shops, restaurants all a short cycle away. We would highly recommend a stay here to those who enjoy the outdoors.

We really enjoyed our 4 day stay. Although small, the place was really well equipped and thoughtfully laid out. The location was great! ….Short walk to the beach, easy bike ride into town, parking provided,etc. We would highly recommend this spot for couples looking for a convenient, comfortable base from which to explore beautiful Ile de Ré.

Laurence and Franck are great hosts. Charming, generous and friendly. The accomadation is compact and bijou with all you need. Kitchen is very well equipped. Lovely outdoor space and the area is quiet. Short walk to the beach. We would happily stay again and recommend this stay to friends.

We stayed for 5 nights and were impressed. The studio is well equipped for self catering. It’s larger than many with additional private patio area - great for al fresco dining: close enough for a stroll or cycle to the nearest beach. We found having bikes great to pop to bakery or town as joined up cycle paths all over island.

A charming and very comfortable, well designed studio for a base on the Ile de Re. The apartment is very well furnished, has good storage and a very good kitchen area, well equipped & good work surfaces. The apartment has a surprisingly spacious feel, with two terraces to use it feels much larger than it is. With huge doors that open out you can easily keep cool in hot weather, the bed is very comfortable and good quality. The bathroom is also good and has an excellent shower. The whole space is very well designed and is perfect for a couple.

A fantastic five days in this stylish apartment on Ile de Re. Discrete and helpful owners live next door and this place is perfect for cycling, beach and easy access to the markets. The two bikes are a real bonus and its a joy to cycle on this idyllic island. We will be back. Thanks Ross & Sue Tye
