Maisonnette tout confort - Golf - Piscine

😊: The location and facilities were excellent. This house is on a site which belongs to a holiday village but get access to all the facilities like swimming pool (which was nice size & clean), sauna & golf. Clément at the holiday village reception was very friendly, efficient and smiley but doesn't deal with the house let as such, but takes orders for bakery which delivers fresh bread, pastries and the best crêpes (as a native from Britanny i can confirm they are authentic and highly recommend!!). The site is just on the outskirts of Quéven with all essential shops and a Leclerc supermarket 2min drive away. Our favourite local beach in Lomener is only a 15min drive away too. The house was well equipped and nice size for all 6 of us with a big dog!. 😢: The cleanliness really let it down. We rewashed some of the cutlery and plates, glasses (even though there's a dishwasher!). We chose to bring our own bed linen but the beds were meant to have mattress protectors but some were missing and others had stains on them. Some of the mattresses also had stains on them, the hoover hadn't been empty or cleaned for some time and there were some rubbish left by the side of the terrace. Some of the cutlery were in need of upgrading too (knives handles broken)..

😢: The property wasn’t cleaned before are arrival. That was the only disappointment.
