Mallorca, plein centre avec parking

😊: The best property for comfort and location we have stayed in Reims and we do travel regularly through there. It has a parking and a convenient place to unload the luggage and load it back again. The property has all the facilities you need and it is a few minutes walk to the Cathedral and to multiple eateries. It is on my list to stay there again..

😊: Good city centre location.. 😢: Booked for 3 nights but left after 1. The apartment is inside a multi story Carl park, not really a problem in itself but when it is hot weather it is unbearable. The owner did bring a fan on request but it made little difference to the oppressive heat. The apartment is very small (has a second even smaller one in front), no where to put clothes, even coat hangers on the wall hooks in the entrance would have helped a little. If they hadn't split the space into 2 it would have had space for a chest of drawers at least. The bed was uncomfortable and cheap. The windows open onto the street at knee level, we had to open them for a while to let some fresh air in but wouldn't keep them open due to security and not particularly nice watching legs go past. After the first uncomfortable, sleepless night I contacted the owner who didn't offer any help except to say the weather conditions were supposed to change and it should cool down so we agreed it was too uncomfortable to stay 2 more nights and decided to leave. Reims is a beautiful city and as part of our 5 week tour of Europe was a place we had been looking forward to seeing more of. It was the last stop before returning home and we were able to change the date of our ferry, it was a disappointing end to a wonderful trip. I contacted the owners again to ask them to address the problem(aircon is the only solution) but they were unhelpful and judging by reviews since our stay the problem has not been addressed..

😊: Good location. 😢: Noisy extractor fan, parking very tight (Volvo xc40).

😊: Close to the city centre..

😊: Small but perfectly formed with everything you would need for a short stay in a central location, secure parking was a huge bonus!. 😢: It was unbelievably hot in the apartment and the fan provided didn’t work very well..
