Manoir tourangeau et pavillon troglodyte

Superb house for a family and friends to get together. Alain has equipped the house with everything you need, its grand without being delicate. Beforehand, Alain was easily contactable and amenable. Fabulous place, will be back again

We enjoyed a super fun vacation. Staying in a well-equipped country house with pool, 2 km from the town was a real plus. Well-equipped kitchen, nice and large sitting area, a dining room with a dining table for 20 people, sitting areas for sunbathing and shaded areas. one downside! The sanitary facilities could be improved;

Un beau manoir pour passer un week-end "cousinade" . L'espace et les équipements sont parfaitement adaptés pour ce genre de retrouvailles (un grand salon, une grande salle à manger, une cuisine avec tout le nécessaire -suffisamment de chambres et salles de bain tout est parfait ). Nous avons pu profité du jardin et des jeux extérieurs: le cadre (de même que la localisation: Val de Loire, Azay-Le-Rideau tout proche) est superbe.

Un gîte très adapté à pour retrouver nos amis. Il est bien équipé, bien situé, nous avons passé un très bon moment !

Le manoir est très spacieux et bien entretenu. La literie est bonne, les pièces communes sont très agréables. La piscine est propre et l'eau assez bonne pour un mois de septembre. Les chambres troglodytes sont assez humides, nous n'avons pas dormi dedans, mais le baby foot qui s'y trouve a été fort apprécié, comme le barbecue et la table de ping-pong... tout pour passer de bonnes vacances à quelques minutes du centre d'Azay-le -Rideau qui est une jolie ville.

There was plenty of outdoor and indoor space for our family of 20, of 3 generations to spend time together. The children played hide and seek in the garden and we all appreciated and made use of the good sized pool, table tennis and pool table,. We ate outside for every meal in the shade and made good use of the BBQs. The facilities were good and there were plentiful amounts of crockery, kitchen utensils etc. The children's dorm got very warm and so the windows needed to be open. This posed a risk for the youngest child as there was no way of keeping windows open and safe. The immediate area is beautiful with plenty to do. We took bikes and the cycling was excellent and safe. All in all we had a wonderful time.

We (5 families, 19 pers) have had an wonderful week in Manoir des Badinons. The house is authentic and keeps away from the 'rental business' atmosphere; nice! Our stay was during a heat wave, so the cool inside of the house was a big plus. Enough spots with shade in the garden, pool ok - pleasant depth. Azay-le Rideau (bakeries, Carrefour) was only 5 minutes by car. Third generation owner Alain Wiart is easy going and easy to contact, also in English. Highly recommended!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Manoir Touraine. The local area was beautiful and the people very welcoming. The house was roomy and the pool lovely. There were plenty of activities available and the table tennis table was a great feature. Thank you to Alain ,the house owner, who was very helpful throughout our stay.
