😊: I loved the location, the style, the facilities, the comfortable bed. the fan next to the bed which worked well as I was staying during a heatwave.. 😢: I arrived late at about 11pm because the heatwave had caused all the trains to be cancelled from Toulouse. It took me a long time to open the key box as there was no light in the hallway and even shining a torch from my phone wasn't very effective at showing the numbers on the lock box. Having a light in the hallway would make a huge difference especially as I was travelling alone..

😊: Lovely central location, nicely decorated and in a really old building. The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. As it's an old building, don't expect peace and quiet as there is street noise and general creaking in the apartment. Not a problem for us though.

😊: The decoration of the apartment is done in a very tasteful way. Wifi worked very well too. It spacious enough except for the kitchen which is cupboard size. 😢: Whilst this apartment is spacious the big shortfall is the lack of air-condition (which admittedly I overlooked when booking this accommodation). We were there when the temperatures were soaring up in the high 30C and the room was unbearable hot (facing south with shutters that don't block the sun fully). At night that left us with the option of not being able to sleep or to open the windows (good quality, I suspect triple glazing). And that resulted in a cooler room but no sleep at all as every night there were people shouting, yelling, arguing in the street till 4 AM. The insulation of the windows is very good, the insulation in the ceiling is non-existing. You hear the neighbours moving, watching TV till the early morning hours, chatting... This would be a good place to stay in cool weather and on the condition that you have a small car. Entering the private parking is almost mission impossible if you have a larger SUV. All in all, a very disappointing stay in a city which has a very noticeable issue with drug addicts and homeless people. I would not have dared going out in the evening as we have been hassled each time we went out during day time. Auch is a city to avoid..

😊: Very clean and cosy - excellent choice for a quiet stop . Secure parking inside is a big plus when traveling with bike. City center is within walking distance of.. 😢: Nothing - all well..
