😢: The location of the apartment itself is quite far from the parking lot, carrying luggage is very annoying - up and down the stairs. Immediately after making the reservation, we received an SMS that we still had to pay a €300 deposit and then another bunch of questions and sub-questions, and with each question we were threatened with a fine if we didn't do so. A really great welcome! When we finally made our way to the apartment (like a treasure hunt) following all the instructions, the first shock came. The apartment is in such poor condition and destroyed, the front door is also a balcony door, the lock is destroyed, the furniture and equipment are cheap, a hanger on the wall that probably serves as a closet, because there is not a single closet for clothes in the apartment. And given the fact that the apartment is intended for 6 people, one wonders where to put the luggage. The instructions upon check-out followed: you have to clean the apartment, tidy it up, wash the dishes and take out the trash! And of course, you're threatened with a fine if you don't do so. Seriously? For that money, you dear owner, he wouldn't have any expenses, would he? It's strange that he didn't write that we have to hand over the keys to the next guest! This is sick! And the worst of all: The owner has a camera mounted in front of the front door, which is pointed directly into the apartment and records what you are doing in the apartment! But that was the last straw! No privacy whatsoever, except we closed the curtains, which made us feel like we were in prison, because apart from the balcony window, there are no other windows in the apartment. It is also impossible to use the terrace because it is also under cameras. For such high prices per night, one would expect top-notch service, but what we got was crap! We couldn't wait to leave this outdated dump..

😢: The apartment is located in a really nice area with a few restaurants just outside the door. The communication from the owner was terrible, I tried calling and texting both numbers that was provided on the day of checkin with no reply for about 5-6 hours. The listing says there is on site parking available but we were told after booking it was additional €20 per night, we were never told how to access the car park even after asking twice so it was never really an option I was eventually told to “park in the parking lot on the beach” which turned out to be a 10 minute walk away. All of the pictures on the listing were clearly taken with a wide angle lens as the apartment is far smaller than it looks in the pictures.

😢: 2 small towels + 1 hand towel for 2 adults for 2 nights was poor. 2 coffee pods for same duration was disappointing. No hand soap was disappointing. No corkscrew and the cheapest utensils possible. If I paid full rate in the Summer, I would be even more disappointed. Saving grace was an amazing shower!.

😊: Great view simply but worked. 😢: Bit of walk to car.
