Mas of Caladou-Villa ANTALYA

We stayed in Charles’s house for several months and we had an amazing time. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Specifically the garden is just fantastic - also our dog loved it. We already miss this place which had become our home for some time.

Très jolie villa avec grande piscine.

Nous avons ma famille et moi-même passé un super bon séjour pour le réveillon du nouvel an. La maison est super bien chauffée La véranda nous a permis de pouvoir tous se mettre à table et très bien isolée. Les lits très confortables. Niveau drap nous en avions suffisamment. Cuisine très fonctionnelle et spacieuse qui nous a permis de tous mettre la main à la pâte. Le propriétaire très aimable, nous a accueilli parfaitement bien et à été très arrangeant au moment de l'arrivée et la sortie. Nous avons eu un petit incident sur le matériel qui est en cours de résolution nos échanges ont été très courtois avec le propriétaire ce qui est très appréciable.

This is a fantastic house close to a beautiful small village. It is large, roomy and airy with good gardens with shade and sun. It has a wonderful outdoor seating areas to enjoy evenings in comfortable seats and barbeque areas. We brought our dog and were happy that the garden is secure. The indoor furniture and beds are comfortable. It is close to Grasse and good for sightseeing. The village is a delight with a great little restaurant, a boulangerie, a tabac and a few small shops. You can have a great stay here with a large group easily fitting in. The swimming pool is large and secluded, although the lining is stained. We probably suffered from it being end-of season. The longer cushions were really quite dirty and the cleaner could have cleared up the previous visitors mess a bit better. The kitchen though big could have benefitted from a few more utensils. We struggled to open a can one night and by the look of a bent pen knife so did others. Perhaps they had been lost during the season. Some washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs would have been a good thought. Perhaps this is an issue for the cleaner rather than the owner who isn't in the area. The property manager was helpful and charming. The major point that would be good to know is that it is located at the end of a quite long, very narrow and very steep access road. So narrow we couldn't get our camper van up it. We had to hire a small car as it is so steep you wouldn't want to walk up it carrying shopping without getting out of breath. Even in a small peugeot 108 there was little clearance on either side so really this property is unsuitable if you have a large vehicle or wide car. However if that's not an issue for you then this is a place you can have an enjoyable stay.

La villa a beaucoup de charme, le tout est fonctionnel.

agreable séjour,le cadre est superbe avec les oliviers qui entourent la piscine ; nous avons apprécié de pouvoir faire des barbecues le soir; j ai beaucoup aimé d entendre le chant des cigales

We love this beautiful house in Grasse. Whether we were going to the beach in Cannes, eating at the cteperie in Nice, or visiting Ez.... We were close and it was easy to get to. And when we just felt like hanging around the pool and patio and eating in the garden the house was perfect for it. The decorations and furniture are lovely and very comfortable. We truly felt provincial here and hope to come back one day. Thank you for a marvelous stay in the south of France!
