Mas provencal, with swimming pool, pool house, near the sea, trade

The property is large and beautiful in so many ways. It was beyond our expectations and even the lovely photos do not do it justice. There are three separate outdoor areas: the beautiful front entry way where we played pétanque and ping pong, the pool area with the summer house where we sometimes had dinner and grilled over an open fire and the gorgeous back garden with a patio dining area where we ate most of our meals. The house is large, charming and beautifully decorated while the outside gardens are full of beautiful and interesting plants and trees all very well maintained. The location was perfect for us with easy access to various beaches and other attractions. We highly recommend it and would go back again. The host and owner , Madam Sylvia, was very accommodating and lives nearby if you need her. We are American but lived in France and Italy for many years so it was easy for us to get around and experience the joy, beauty ,foods and wine of the south of France. We miss our stay already and would love to go back and stay at this property.

The accommodation was exactly as advertised- our hostess was there when we arrived at the villa - an hour late- flight delay Lovely lady- reminded me of my grandmother and twice as as friendly - I would very like to be a return guest.

Spacious, extremely well-furnished yet cozy house. Wonderfully well-kept garden, pool area pleasantly aside.Bakeries and a big vegetable and fruit market at short walking distance.

We had a lovely stay for 8 of our family plus dog for my wife’s 60th birthday. We took the extra garden room to spread out a bit more and the upstairs en-suite (actually 2 doubles in bunk layout) was commandeered by our loud snoring son. The 3 ground floor doubles shared a bathroom and separate loo but that worked out ok. The outdoor areas were great with a lovely pool and garden and various nice dining and seating areas plus the extra kitchen.All in all a lovely, slightly quirky home, ideal for families or friends. Sylvia, the owner, was charming and sorted out any minor problems quickly.

We were 2 families, in total 10 persons who stayed in this villa for a week. We really enjoyed it and it's location to. The pool area was lovely and we spent a lot of time there. We are very satisfied and can truly recommend it!

A hearthwarming welcome in an oasis of greenery and peace. Real good place for kids as well! The host guided us around and was very easy & flexible with all! A recommendation!

Very nice villa. Gorgeous interior and garden. Several outside dining areas. Spacious rooms and all necessary equipment available. Very friendly and helpful owner. Responded to our queries and requests immediately. Quiet location some distance from the sea (15mins by car). 5 mins to the supermarket shops. Also a local organic fruit and veg shop next door. 10 minute walk to several bus stops going to Toulon.

We stayed a week in this lovely house. Everything is there. A great swimming pool, a beautiful garden, many places to sit in de shade. The poolhouse is very well equipped with an extra dishwasher, BBQ, American fridge, and so on… In the future we love to go back there! Mme Ansaldi, Thank you very very much!
