😊: Location was OK, but outside the old town. Apartment was clean.. 😢: We collected the keys from reception at the Ibis Styles hotel, which seemed to be a lovely hotel. It was almost impossible to park our car anywhere near the hotel, in order to go and get the keys. We had to leave the car in a no parking area. The reception at the Ibis hotel was very good, she was very helpful and directed us to the underground parking nearby. It would have been more helpful if our hosts had suggested that we park there, before going to get the keys. It was not easy to find the little apartment after we had the keys - it is through a very shabby, smelly doorway into a dirty, overgrown courtyard, then had to find the name on the door of the apartment. The bedroom was quite small, just enough room to get around the bed. The bathroom was tiny, only just enough room to sit on the toilet, but the shower was good. Main problem was no internet - no wifi and the TV not connected, and total lack of response from the "hosts". We sent messages to our "hosts", 3 of them so far, but have not heard back. The helpful receptionist at the Ibis hotel also rang them, but she also had no response. It was bad enough that there was no internet, but we understand that these things happen sometimes. However it was very disappointing that there was absolutely no communication with the "hosts". Even now, several days later, they have still not responded. This is terrible..

😊: Location good - close to town centre. Did not take breakfast. 😢: Signs or numbering to find property. Key safe broken- so have to contact to get keys. Told that we have to clean property from info pack or we will lose deposit. Property in courtyard where others have parking so outlook is a very close carpark. See photos Providing small items such as salt & pepper. No washing up liquid - just 2 sachets of floor cleaner. No hand wash or soap in bathroom - hygiene ??? Mirror rather than TV in bedroom.
